This explains what we collect on ninjabot360.com and through the service, why, and your rights, under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981, including Amendment 13.

What we collect

• While you browse: general usage data, meaning pages viewed, how you reached us, buttons clicked, device, browser and approximate location. The site itself does not ask for your name, phone or email.
• When you sign up as a customer through the join form: business name, owner name, business registration number, address, email, phone, the bot's WhatsApp number and business type.
• When you message the bot on WhatsApp: the conversation and the phone number you wrote from.

Is providing it mandatory

No law requires you to give us any data. It is your choice, but without the sign-up details we cannot set up the service, and without contact details we cannot get back to you.

Why we use it

To set up and run the service and contact you about it, to answer enquiries and arrange a demo, and to measure and improve the site.

Who receives it

We don't sell data to anyone. It is held by providers who serve us: site and server hosting, Meta's WhatsApp for conversations, Google Analytics (Google) for visit measurement and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), which shows us anonymously how visitors move around the page. The measurement tools use cookies and similar identifiers. Some providers store data outside Israel. Otherwise we disclose data only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, providing the service and staying in touch, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

Your rights

You may see the data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it; email us at the address above. You can also block cookies in your browser or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
